Join us at the John and Carrie Hayden teaching kitchen inside the University of Cincinnati’s new, state of the art, Osher Center for Integrative Health. We’ll enjoy a tour of the facility and a hands-on kitchen experience where we’ll make our own herbed citrus vinaigrette and build our own nutrient-dense salad consisting of the following choices:
