Elizabeth Smart became a household name after surviving a nine-month abduction at the age of 14. Since her safe return in 2003, Smart has transformed tragedy into triumph, advocating for legislative change and founding the Elizabeth Smart Foundation to combat sexual violence and support recovery for survivors. She is the author of “My Story” and “Where There’s Hope,” chronicling her experiences and healing process. Her resilience, courage, and commitment to positive impact continue to inspire millions across the globe.
Women Doing a World of Good is more than a fundraiser—it’s a platform for voices that inspire, stories that move, and action that matters. The Junior League of Cincinnati invites all to join an afternoon of purpose, connection, and celebration of women’s leadership.
