We get it – the holidays are stressful! Between work, travelling, and giving back to the community, December calendars fill up quickly. Due to the busy schedules of our members leading to low ticket sales, we’ve made the decision to reschedule our annual Holiday Party: Alpine Nights and Holiday Lights.

Please join us on Friday, January 16th from 7:00 – 10:00 PM to celebrate with the JLC at our Alpine Nights: Cheers to the New Year Party! We’ll still be dancing with DJ Hannah, awarding our best-dressed members for their après ski-inspired looks, and enjoying dinner and drinks. By rescheduling to January we’re hoping that more members will be able to enjoy the hard work of our Membership Engagement team while unwinding and having fun! If you’ve already purchased a ticket it will automatically transfer to the new date. No further action is needed! If you can’t make the new date, we have two options:

Transfer your ticket total ($40 per ticket) to our Annual Fund. This will go towards your individual financial obligations for the year and you’ll get a cool magnet for your donation!
Tickets can be refunded via check.

If you choose to do either of the above options, please email office@jlcincinnati.org with the subject line “Your Name – Holiday Party Ticket” by noon on Thursday, December 4. If you purchased a ticket for a plus-one please include their name in the body of the email.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Members are encouraged to bring their favorite holiday cookie or dessert to share in our baking contest. As usual, we’re supporting our favorite local women-owned businesses like DJ Hannah, Bars on Wheels, and more! To spread cozy vibes throughout the community, we will still be collecting blankets for HER Cincinnati. Blankets can be dropped off at the Columbia Center throughout December or you can bring them to the party in January.

We’ll celebrate our members with our best-dressed contest (check out our dress code categories below), baking contest, and by announcing our newly selected Fall 2026 leadership slate.

Plus-ones are welcome and will need a separate ticket.

Cozy Chalet Chic

Dress Code: Think cable knits + cashmere
Inspo: Fair Isle sweaters, ski pants, wool skirts, furry boots, pom hats, and hot toddy in hand.
Vibe: Cozy, layered, and effortlessly festive — like you just came in from the slopes.

Après Ski Glam

Dress Code: Mountain lodge meets metallics
Inspo: Faux fur coats, sequined sweaters, satin trousers, après-ski boots, bold lips, and big hair.
Vibe: Aspen after dark — a little luxe, a little cheeky.

Lodge Luxe

Dress Code: Cozy textures, elevated details
Inspo: Velvet minis, plaid, knit sets, chunky boots, statement earrings, and a touch of sparkle.
Vibe: You’re sipping espresso martinis by the fire, not hitting the slopes.
