The Cookie Nowland Sustainer Award is given on an annual basis to a Sustainer who has exhibited a lifelong commitment to volunteering, outstanding community service and a commitment to the JLC. Nominations are accepted in approximately March and the winner is selected by the Sustaining members of the Board of Directors.
